便携式EL测试仪

电致发光,又称场致发光,英文名为Electroluminescence,简称EL。电致发光依靠从扩散区注入的大量非平衡载流子不断地复合发光,放出光子;再利用CCD相机捕捉到这些光子,通过计算机目前,电致发光成像技术已被很多太阳能电池和组件厂家使用,用于检测产品的潜在缺陷,控制产品质量。而便携式EL设备由于其方便携带,可用于户外EL测试,对光伏系统进行检测和诊断,不断受到光伏业内的人士的关注。

 

The Mobile system utilizes the electroluminescence phenomena to image micro cracks, cell failures and inhomogenities of photovoltaic devices which are extremely difficult to detect visually. The equipment allows performing detailed quality control of single cells as well as medium scale solar modules. It was developed for research and off-line industrial inspection. The mobile version allows quick mounting and an easy transport.

The system consists of a highly sensitive CCD-Camera with objective and accessories packed in a transportable bag. The focal length of the objective is selected depending on the type of application. The provided Software is able to obtain and manipulate the electroluminescence images. It is a full plug & play system. The camera has an USB2.0 interface and can be connected to a laptop or PC easily.

Software Overview:
The software controls the camera and visualizes the data sets. Intensity profiles of the 16bit high dynamic range image data can be displayed in addition to basic picture manipulation procedures. Moreover dimension measurements of artefacts are possible following calibration.
