便携式光伏电站用EL测试仪

电致发光,又称场致发光,英文名为Electroluminescence,简称EL。电致发光依靠从扩散区注入的大量非平衡载流子不断地复合发光,放出光子;再利用CCD相机捕捉到这些光子,通过计算机目前,电致发光成像技术已被很多太阳能电池和组件厂家使用,用于检测产品的潜在缺陷,控制产品质量。而便携式EL设备由于其方便携带,可用于户外EL测试,对光伏系统进行检测和诊断,不断受到光伏业内的人士的关注。

Line-powered outdoor System
The mains operated Outdoor system is capable of powering a whole string of modules at once. In a step-wise procedure the operator will still take an image of each
module individually in order to increase image quality and resolution. The 10kW power supply of the line-powered version needs to be fed by 32A-three-phase electric power.
